The apartment is on the ground floor.

Newly renovated historic building located directly on the Neckar and the Elsenz. The fabulous view of the Neckar and the mountains and the central and quiet location in Neckargemünd offer a perfect balance. There are many leisure options in the immediate vicinity and fast trips to e.g. Heidelberg (10min) enables. The apartment itself has been stylishly and modernly furnished and has all amenities.

Living room:

It has a bed sofa (140x200) with its own mattress, which makes it very comfortable. There is also a large TV and an armchair.

Bedroom:

The large bedroom, like all rooms, can be completely darkened with a roller blind. The large double bed (180x200) with the extra thick mattresses ensures a restful sleep. All clothing can be stored in the mirror cabinet. There is also an ironing board and iron.

Kitchen and dining room:

The modern fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From here you have a fabulous view of the Neckar and the mountains. There are many cooking utensils and of course a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and an oven with 4-burner hob. Bath: The highlight in the bathroom is the indirectly illuminated mirror that immediately catches the eye. In addition, a rain shower is installed here and a modern sink. We provide towels and bath towels free of charge.

Free WiFi can be used throughout the apartment.

There is storage space for bicycles in the house.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be parked in the house (at ground level). The nearest train station is about 10 minutes walk away. The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. By car it takes 10 minutes to Heidelberg downtown.
