Completely newly renovated historic building. The large window fronts on both sides offer a fantastic view of the mountains and the Neckar. In addition, the apartment is flooded with sun. The decor is new and modern and offers all amenities.

Living and dining room:

The living and dining room is very spacious and offers a fabulous view through the large window fronts. While eating, you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the Neckar. In addition, a 50 inch TV, a sofa bed (140x200cm) and some other amenities are available in the dining room.

Bedroom:

The bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses and a size of 180x200cm. From here you have a good view of the Neckar course upstream. A wardrobe and two chests of drawers still offer plenty of storage space.

Bathroom:

The modern bathroom with the large windows is very bright and is also equipped with a rain shower. Of course we provide enough towels and bath towels. A hair dryer is also available.

Kitchen:

A new kitchen with enough storage space and many extras leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 2 hob, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and some other extras.

WiFi is available free of charge in the entire apartment.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be parked in the house (at ground level). The nearest train station is about 10 minutes walk away. The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. By car it takes 10 minutes to Heidelberg downtown.
