The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

Completely newly renovated historic building located directly on the Neckar and the Elsenz. The fabulous view of the Neckar and the mountains and the central and quiet location in Neckargemünd offer a perfect balance. In the immediate vicinity many recreational opportunities are offered and the good public transport fast trips to e.g. Heidelberg (10min) allows. First bedroom:
The apartment has a quiet bedroom with a double bed 180x200cm (two 7-zone quality mattresses). Of course we provide you with bed linen free of charge. The bedroom has enough space to to set up the existing travel cot. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You also have a fantastic view of the Neckar and the mountains beyond.

Second bedroom:
The second bedroom is also very quiet and has two single 80x200cm mattresses. The two beds can be put together to a double bed. As in the first bedroom, we provide you with the bed linen free of charge. A small chest of drawers for your luggage complete the features in this bedroom.

Living room:
The bright living room has a fabulous view of the Neckar, the Elsenz and the mountains beyond. As an additional sleeping possibility for children or snorers here is a sofa bed for 1 person 140x200cm available. In addition, the living room has a dining table for 5 people, a 42-inch TV and an armchair.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is modern and has various extras such. a Rainshower shower head and a mirror indirect lighting. The toilet is in the bathroom. Shower towels and towels are available for free.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave and a toaster.

Entrance area:
The approximately 4 square meters large entrance area is sufficient for more luggage, enough jackets, shoes and thus separates the living area from the entrance area with an additional door.

Throughout the apartment, the free Wi-Fi can be used.

Parking in the house for bicycles is given.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be parked in the house (at ground level). The nearest train station is about 10 minutes walk away. The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. By car it takes 10 minutes to Heidelberg downtown.
